Subscription Policy

This Subscription Policy explains how PerfumOS Pro subscriptions work. It supplements our Terms of Service. Subscriptions are sold and billed through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store, and managed using RevenueCat.

Subscription Plans

PerfumOS Pro is available as:

  • Monthly — billed monthly at $4.99 USD/month
  • Yearly — billed annually at $39 USD/year (equivalent to $3.25 USD/month)

Pricing is shown in the App before you purchase and may vary by region and currency. Prices may change; we will notify you of changes in advance as required by the app stores.

What Pro Includes

PerfumOS Pro provides expanded access, which currently includes unlimited perfume scans, unlimited use of the Ask Whizzy AI assistant, and full access to your personal scent profile and daily scent features. Free accounts have limited usage. Specific features and limits are described in the App and may be updated over time.

Unlimited use is subject to a fair-use policy intended to prevent automated, commercial, or abusive usage. Normal personal use is never affected.

Billing and Renewal

  • Payment is charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period, at the then-current price.

Managing and Cancelling Your Subscription

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your app store account:

  • iOS: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → PerfumOS → Cancel.
  • Android: Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → PerfumOS → Cancel.

Cancellation stops future renewals. You will keep Pro access until the end of the period you have already paid for. We (the developer) cannot cancel or refund subscriptions directly — these are handled by Apple and Google.

Refunds

Purchases are processed by the app stores, so refunds are subject to their policies:

  • Apple: Request refunds at reportaproblem.apple.com.
  • Google Play: Request refunds through the Google Play Store.

Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable, and there are no refunds or credits for partially used periods.

Free Tier

The free tier does not require payment and offers limited access. We may change the features or limits of the free tier at any time.

Changes to Subscriptions

We may modify subscription features, limits, or pricing. Where required, we will give advance notice and, for price increases, obtain your consent as required by the app stores before the change takes effect.
