How does PerfumOS identify perfumes? PerfumOS uses AI-powered image recognition to scan your perfume bottle and match it against our fragrance database. Point your camera at the bottle, tap scan, and get results in seconds.
What is Whizzy? Whizzy is your AI fragrance expert inside PerfumOS. Ask Whizzy anything — fragrance recommendations, notes breakdowns, dupe suggestions, or what to wear for a specific occasion.
How many scans do I get for free? Free users get 5 scans and 5 Whizzy questions in the first 48 hours, then 1 scan and 3 Whizzy questions per day. Upgrade to Pro for unlimited access.
What is PerfumOS Pro? PerfumOS Pro gives you unlimited scanning and unlimited Whizzy questions, subject to fair-use limits. You can upgrade from inside the app at any time.
Can I use PerfumOS on Android? PerfumOS is currently available on iOS only. Android support is coming soon.
The scan didn’t recognise my perfume. What should I do? Try scanning in good lighting with the bottle label clearly visible. If the issue persists, you can describe the bottle to Whizzy and ask for help identifying it manually.
Managing Your Subscription
How do I upgrade to Pro? Tap the upgrade prompt inside the app or go to Settings → Upgrade to Pro.
How do I cancel my subscription? You can cancel anytime through your Apple ID subscription settings:
- Open iPhone Settings
- Tap your name → Subscriptions
- Select PerfumOS Pro and tap Cancel Subscription
Cancelling stops future charges. You retain Pro access until the end of your current billing period.
Account & Privacy
How do I delete my account? You can delete your account and all associated data directly inside the app. Go to Settings → Delete Account. This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
